Maureen MacDonald has been a Registered Behavior Technician since 2015 but was first introduced to the ABA field two years prior. Maureen graduated from University of South Carolina – Beaufort in 2015 with a Bachelors in Human Services. While pursuing her Bachelors, Maureen came across an internship opportunity working for an ABA company in Bluffton, South Carolina. Six months after becoming an RBT, Maureen decided to go back to get her Masters in ABA at Ball State University. Upon graduation, Maureen plans to sit for the boards to become a BCBA.
Tyler Bond is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). He has over 9 years of experience working with children diagnosed with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities. Tyler is originally from Canton, Ohio but has also lived in Iowa and New York before moving to Beaufort, South Carolina where he currently resides. Tyler began his career working at the Cleveland Clinic Center for Autism with their social skills program. Following graduation from John Carroll University, Tyler began working as a Classroom Behavior Therapist at the Lerner School with the Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital. Tyler has worked in various settings including schools, homes, community sites, and clinics. Within these settings, Tyler has worked with children from 18 months through adulthood. Tyler earned his Master’s in Education from the University of Cincinnati where he also completed the required coursework to sit for the BCBA exam. Tyler became a BCBA in 2018 and is passionate about working with children diagnosed with Autism and other disabilities.
Rosemary Caputo was born in Jamaica, NY on April 12th. She graduated from Paul D Shreiber High School and from CW Post/Long Island University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree concentrating in Sociology and Psychology. After receiving her education, she secured a position with the Medical Book Division of Harcourt Brace N.Y. She was responsible for the complete production of all Educational/ Medical textbooks. She took a leave for marriage and raising a family. In September 2001, Rosemary began employment as a TA and ABA Home Service Provider with Massapequa Union Free School District, where she worked 1:1 with children K-10. 2006 gave way to her moving to ACLD/Kramer Learning Center, which is a non-profit pre-school, nursery and pre-K. She worked 1:1 as an ABA therapist until 2014. Her relocation to South Carolina with her husband afforded her the opportunity to secure a position as an ABA paraprofessional for Butterfly Effects. She earned her certificate as an RBT and CPR provider. Rosemary is currently with Easterseals Autism Services South Carolina as a lead/RBT, providing Direct Services in the home of her clients. Her recent sessions for her clients include home 1:1 instructions, Behavioral modification, implementing needed programs for success, data collection, and assisting clients in adapting to various social environments and with life skills. Rosemary’s ultimate desire is to make that one difference in each child’s life that would have them leave that everlasting footprint: an enviable life.
